U.P.V.C Pipes

Al-Sharefin Plastics Pipes Company is a specialized manufacturer of all types of U.P.V.C pipes, standing as a pillar of the pipe industry in Egypt. Established in 2006 on a 5,000-square-meter facility, the company produces pipes from Polyvinyl Chloride. This material outperforms others in manufacturing pipes for multi-purpose applications, including water networks, sanitary drainage, ventilation, and protective conduits for telephone and electrical cables. Our production complies with several international standards, namely:

German:

German Standards DIN 8061 - 8062

Egyptian Standard:

Egyptian Standard Specifications (EOS) 1717 for sanitary drainage, and EOS 848 for potable water and irrigation.

British:

British Standards BS 3506

Telecom Egypt:

Testing on flattening machines to ensure weld quality and integrity.

American:

Microscopic examination of the weld area to ensure the elimination of internal stresses.

Connection Method:

Using Adhesive For pipe diameters from 20 mm to 90 mm.

Using Rubber Rings For pipe diameters from 10 mm to 800 mm.

Pipe Length 6 meters, including the socket.

Pipe Color: Grey (or as requested).

Well Pipes

Well pipes are produced in accordance with German standard specifications DIN 8061 - 8062 - 4925. These pipes are characterized by the following:

  • A smooth surface that facilitates seamless fluid flow.
  • Ease of manual installation.
  • High resistance to alkalis, salts, and soil chemicals.
  • Available in pressure ratings of 10 bar and 16 bar.

Pipe Types Based on Connection Method

  • Perforated pipes with threaded ends.
  • Screen (Filtered) pipes with threaded ends.
